Our massage therapist, Emily Wilson, will be away for the next two weeks as she completes her educational course in Structural Integration. We couldn’t be more excited for what this new skill will bring to our practice, and most importantly, to all of you.
What is Structural Integration?
Structural Integration is a specialized massage technique that goes beyond typical soft tissue work. It aims to improve the body’s alignment and movement patterns by focusing on the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, and organs. By working to release tension and realign the body, Structural Integration can help relieve chronic pain, enhance flexibility, and even improve posture. It’s a holistic approach that looks at the body as a whole, addressing the root causes of discomfort rather than just the symptoms.
We’re thrilled to be able to offer this service to you soon and are confident it will bring deep, lasting healing to many of our patients.
Stay tuned for updates and feel free to ask us more about Structural Integration when Emily returns!
