Do you or someone you know Suffer from Respiratory Conditions such as COPD, constant Bronchitis flare-ups, or intense mucus build up?
Massage therapy can be very helpful to someone suffering from Respiratory Conditions. Certain techniques can help by decreasing shortness of breath, strengthening the muscles of respiration, improving forced vital capacity, reducing heart rate, increasing oxygen saturation in the blood, and improving overall pulmonary function.
And if that’s not enough, Christina also specializes in Intra-Oral massage!
Intra-Oral massage is a technique that works on muscles inside and outside of the mouth, neck, and throat. It is very beneficial for people suffering from TMJ dysfunction, clenching, head injuries, whiplash, headaches, chronic ear congestion, tinnitus, emotional trauma and chronic face and neck pain. (Note: Gloves are worn while working inside the mouth)
