Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is defined as “the manipulating of superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue using various techniques, to enhance function, aid in the healing process, decrease muscle reflex activity, inhibits motor-neuron excitability and promote relaxation and well-being”.

What does this mean to you, you might wonder… it means getting back to the things you love to do and feeling great while doing them. Therapeutic massage is an excellent complement to chiropractic treatment and can help you reach your health goals faster than chiropractic care alone. Our therapists are both highly trained to make your massage as comfortable as possible while utilizing their skills to help your body during the recovery process.

Intra-oral Massage

Two of our therapists are certified in intra-oral massage, which focuses on massaging through the mouth, which can help treat pain and other symptoms of the jaw, such as popping, clicking and locking of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). Your dentist may have even diagnosed you with TMJD or TMJS, the symptoms of these conditions can be alleviated with intra-oral massage. Co-managing your TMJ symptoms with your chiropractor can help ensure that the cause is identified and being addressed; this greatly increases the likelihood of long term success.

Prenatal Massage

Our therapists are specially trained in prenatal care and are confident working with mothers to be! Prenatal massage can help to relieve some of the discomforts arising from the changes your body is going though. Prenatal massage can not only help with the physical aches and pains, but can help you relax and fight depression and stress that can come with the hormonal changes.

CBD Massage

Our massage therapist, Christina King is certified to administer CBD Medical Massage Therapy. Cannabidiol (CBD) is an all natural compound derived from the hemp plant that is 100% non-intoxicating.  CBD can be used to help relieve a variety of symptoms related to all sorts of different conditions but it’s main use is for treating pain and inflammation. Our CBD Medical massages utilize the highest quality transdermal Cannabidiol(CBD) creams during the course of your massage to treat your problem areas and help relieve the pain and inflammation. Whether it’s utilized as an incredible complement to chiropractic care or a stand-alone therapy, our massage therapy services are just one of the many research-proven ways we use to improve your health.

Cupping Therapy

Our massage therapist, Emily Wilson offers cupping therapy! Suction cups are used to pull blood to the surface of the skin which helps improve circulation and promote healing. Cupping therapy helps relieve aching muscles, releases joint stiffness and may reduce inflammation for a variety of acute and chronic conditions.
