If you have health insurance, let us take care of it! We can quickly and simply explain what your benefits are with our practitioners and answer any questions you may have. We accept most health insurance and we’d be happy to check on your benefits for you before your appointment.
If health insurance isn’t the right option, we have very reasonable payment rates.

Having a plan with one of these companies does not guarantee coverage. Certain plans administered by these insurance companies may need to be verified before your initial appointment.
We are not currently accepting new Medicare/MedAdvantage, Humana, Workers Compensation or Apple Health patients.
Our policy is to collect patient responsibility at time of service; if you would like to know what we will be collecting from you, then please leave your email with the receptionist when you make your appointment and we will send you an email with your benefit information.
