Akiva Erezim was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and moved to Olympia from the mid-west in 2013.
Akiva earned his associate degree from SPSCC in 2014. Soon after, he joined the Washington state workforce as an administrative employee at the Department of Fish and Wildlife.
In 2017, Akiva began working front desk administration at Moore Chiropractic while also studying for a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Akiva’s studies focus on contemporary and evolving iterations of psychodynamic theories, as well as in depth psychological approaches to understanding behavior. In other words, he is interested in the mind’s framework and how it shapes the functions of the psyche and corresponding behavior.
Outside of work and school, Akiva spends time playing accordion, piano and singing.
He also spends time studying the Hebrew language and practicing yoga.
